Vicki Gunvalson took her fans and followers inside her new home in Coto De Caza earlier this week on Instagram.

After selling the $3.3 million home featured on The Real Housewives of Orange County for years, Vicki has been hard at work on her new property. And, in a recent update, she’s revealed that her new place has just been furnished.

“Furniture finally got delivered yesterday, and still waiting on more tables for family room and mirrors on wall in what I’m calling my informal ‘wine room,’” Vicki wrote in the caption of a photo slideshow on July 28. “It has [four] swivel chairs for conversations and wine with friends and family. The Jewel Box that [Cindy Shockey] designed for me is exactly what I wanted. Uncluttered with soft grays and cream tones with a touch of natural wood tones is perfect for my new home.”

Vicki also included the hash tags, “low maintenance” and “less is more,” with her post.

Back in May, while saying, “goodbye,” to her former home, Vicki said the house was much more than “just bricks and mortar.”

“[Michael Wolfsmith] and [Briana Culberson] were 12 [and] 13 when we bought it. They are now 34 and 35 and I can’t believer how fast life goes,” she wrote on Instagram, along with a series of photos of the home. “I remember when [Briana and Ryan Culberson] brought Troy home from the hospital here and I filmed 14 seasons of The Real Housewives of Orange County here.”

Months prior, Vicki explained her decision to move in another Instagram post.

“I knew one day would come that I would decide to downsize when ‘I got older’ and that time has come. I will be 59 at the end of this month and this [5,800-square-foot] home with all the incredible memories is days away from being sold. Now that I have Puerto Vallarta as my 2nd home, my [daughter’s] new place back in the Midwest, it’s time for a ‘lock and go’ home with no maintenance,” she stated.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 16 began filming earlier this month.
