British Airways’ glitch hits flights

This was the newest disruption to the airline which has confronted plenty of IT meltdowns in current months.

Passenger Will Karkar tweeted: “Been caught at Heathrow for two.5 hours unable to test in with BA resulting from them experiencing a ‘world IT system failure’.”

BA mentioned: “This has now been resolved.”

Rory Boland, of Which? Journey, mentioned: “Airways must be providing a refund or to reroute passengers.”
