A day after smartphone brand Vivo confirmed that it is going to launch its flagship smartphone X60 in its home country on December 29, live images of the handset have now been tipped online.
According to a report by CNMO, a tipster posted an image that shows the Vivo X60 in three colour options all featuring gradient back panels.
As it was confirmed by the company yesterday, the Vivo X60 will come with cameras optimised by popular camera optics firm Zeiss and that branding can also be spotted in the leaked image.
The handset shown in the leaked image appears to be similar to the one that was seen in the official poster which was reportedly posted on Vivo’s official Weibo account.
The same teaser image also confirmed that the Vivo X60 series will come powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1080 SoC. The chipset is an octa-core CPU that is based on Samsung’s own 5nm EUV manufacturing process. It comes with three 2.6Hz Cortex-A76 cores four 2Ghz Cortex-A55 cores and one 2.8Ghz Cortex-A78 core
According to South Korean tech giant Samsung, the Exynos 1080 chipset exhibits a 50% increase in single-core performance and a 100% improvement when it comes to multi-core performance as compared to the Exynos 990.
