Vivo tablet: Vivo’s first Android tablet may launch later this year – Eagles Vine

NEW DELHI: Recently, smartphone maker Realme announced its plans to enter the tablet market. The company revealed that it will soon launch its Android tablet called RealmePad. Now, it appears that another smartphone manufacturer is set to join the bandwagon.
According to an online report, Vivo is all set to enter the tablet market. As reported by a Chinese publication, IThome, Vivo will launch its first Android tablet in the fourth quarter this year. With the launch of this tablet, Vivo will mark its entry into the segment which is presently dominated by Apple and Samsung.
Recently, Vivo also registered the Vivo Pad at the European Union Intellectual Property Office trademark.
The yet-to-launch Vivo tablet was recently spotted on the TUV Rheinland certification. The listing on the certification website revealed that the Android tablet from Vivo will house an 8,040 mAh battery.

Images of the upcoming VivoPad were also leaked online. The images leaked showed the design of the yet-to-launch device. As per the images, the VivoPad will come with a slim design and uniform bezels.
The rear of the tablet will house a large camera module same as the one used in the Vivo X60 series. The right side will house the volume keys while the top will consist of the two speaker slots and the power button.
The bottom will house a USB Type C charging port and two speaker slots.
The Android tablet from Vivo is expected to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. The device is said to offer a display with 120Hz refresh rate.
In related news, Vivo is all set to launch its latest smartphone in India. The company will launch the Vivo V21e smartphone in the country on June 24. The smartphone is expected to run Android 11 operating system and powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. It is also expected to house a 32MP selfie shooter.
