JioPhone Next will be available in the country from September 10. The smartphone is the telco’s budget Android phone that has been developed in partnership with Google. It is said to an ultra-affordable 4G smartphone which is aimed towards mobile users who are still using 2G phones.

JioPhone Next will be powered by Google’s Android Go operating system. The OS will be based on Android 11 and will offer basic Android phone experience to its users.
