Rajasthan Royals star Rahul Tewatia gets candid in ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, names favourite B-Town girls

In a candid conversation with comedian Kapil Sharma, Rajasthan Royals star Rahul Tewatia has expressed his desire to date ‘Student of the Year 2’ actress Tara Sutaria.

Indian cricketers not part of the ongoing tour of Australia, are enjoying their times off cricket after the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 which concluded on November 10. The likes of Rajasthan Royals (RR) star Rahul Tewatia, Kolkata Knight Riders (KK) batting mainstay Nitish Rana, Delhi Capitals all-rounder Axar Patel and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) spin sensation Ravi Bishnoi featured in the latest episode of ‘The Kapil Sharma’ show on Sunday.

The cricketers were in their full colours during the course of the enire interview with comedian Kapil Sharma. They faced the witty questions thrown at them by Kapil in style. The honesty with which they answered a lot of questions, won the hearts of many,

The quartet was also asked about their favourite B-Town girls, whom they will also like to date. Rahul Tewatia, who was the first one to have a go at the query, named Kareen Kapoor and “Student of the Year 2′ sensation Tara Sutaria as his favourite actresses. He also named Sara Ali Khan after pondering over the question.

Bishnoi, the 20-year-old spin wizard, named Sara Ali Khan and Alia Bhatt as his top two favourite actresses whom he would like to go on a date with, whereas Axar Patel was quick to name ‘Chhapaak’ star Deepika Padukone.

All the four aforementioned had a brilliant IPL 2020 season with their respective teams. Rahul Tewatia came in new ever since Rajsthan Royals chased down a historic 224 runs target with 3 balls to spare against KXIP.

In the match Tewatia had managed 8 runs from the first 19 balls he faced. The run rate climbed to over 14 per over when Samson got out for 85 in the 17th over. But what happened next gave goosebums to millions across the world. Tewatia suddenly found his touch back and smashed 45 runs from the next 12 balls he faced with 7 sixes, 5 of which he hit in the 17th over bowled by Sheldon Cottrell.

He was eventually dismissed for 53 off 31 balls in the 19th over by Mohammed Shami. The job was already done by then as RR needed just 2 off the final over.
