Coronavirus Symptoms: Brain fog and 4 other neurological symptoms which can linger for long

What’s sadder is that brain fog, confusion and other neurological symptoms can also impact people who had mild COVID, and were never sick enough to be hospitalized.

According to a new study published recently in the journal, Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology and multiple case studies, more than 60% of the patients are in danger of suffering from critical neurological and cognitive problems posed by the infection.

The research, based on the analysis of symptoms from 100 COVID-19 long haulers who experienced symptoms that lasted for more than 6 weeks suffered from signs of mental degradation, neurological deficits after their initial infection had cleared up.
