When Priyanka Chopra opened up on the similarities between husband Nick Jonas and her late father Dr Ashok Chopra – Eagles Vine

Bollywood actress and global icon Priyanka Chopra who celebrates her birthday today, has indeed come a long way. She has been married to Nick Jonas for two-and-a-half years, embracing married life, and shelling out major couple goals with him. While in numerous interviews she has opened up about her relationship with Nick, there has also been an instance where Priyanka opened up about how similar Nick is to her late father, Ashok Chopra.

Back in 2019, during an interview with Mumbai Mirror the actress shared, “The more I get to know him, yes. I feel I have married someone who is my dad’s chhavi. Not just the music, they are both very stable, solid, rooted and dependable.”

She also added, “(Nick) is the most considerate man I’ve ever met. In everything he does, Nick puts me first. It’s wonderful to wake up every day and know that there is this person who thinks about you even before you think about yourself. That’s eventually what you want, someone who loves you like a hug,”

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra was last seen alongside Rajkummar Rao for ‘The White Tiger’. She will next be seen in ‘Text For You’ which also features Celine Dion and Sam Heughan in the lead roles. Apart from that, the actress will also be seen in ‘Matrix 4’.

Recently the actress along with her hubby Nick Jonas recently announced the nominees for the 93rd Academy Awards this year. With that she also became the first Indian in history to announce the Oscar nominees.
