Nation music legend Johnny Money is honored on a water tower in Kingsland, Arkansas with a silhouette mural standing in his signature stance whereas holding a crimson guitar.
Earlier this month, the mural obtained a little bit of a makeover when a vandal shot a strategic gap into the mural, inflicting it to look as if its urinating off the water tower.
“Anyone shot our water tower, shot the silhouette of Johnny Money in a really delicate space,” Mayor Luke Neal advised KARK. “It’s been leaking for the final – nearly week.”
The town is dropping round 30,000 gallons of water per day, and repairs may value $5,000. Neal mentioned the city’s water could also be discolored since they should swap to a water line whereas repairs are being made.
If caught, the vandal could possibly be going through a felony cost for tampering with important operations of town.
