Twinkle Khanna shares a glimpse of mother Dimple Kapadia’s birthday with a heartfelt note; Hrithik Roshan, Dia Mirza and others send wishes – Eagles Vine

Today senior actor Dimple Kapadia turned a year older and a low-key birthday celebration has been arranged with her close family members. Sharing a glimpse of the same, Dimple’s daughter and author Twinkle Khanna took to her Instagram handle and penned a warm birthday post.

Calling the birthday girl ageless as filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s films, Twinkle wrote, “A certain someone photobombing our lovely birthday picture! Mother meanwhile is taking each year and turning it backwards like it’s a Nolan movie! #ageless #birthdaygirl.”

In the picture, Twinkle and Dimple can be seen all smiles in a blue and pink attire respectively while in the background Akshay Kumar seems to be photobombing them. Have a look:

As soon as she posted this, celebs rushed in to shower love and wishes upon the senior actor, Hrithik Roshan commented, “Happy birthday dimple aunty.” Huma Qureshi added, “Happy Happy Bday to the most generous of them all” while Dia Mirza wrote, “Happy Happy Birthday to the most gorgeous Lady!”

On the other hand, Twinkle’s cousin and Dimple’s nephew, Karan Kapadia has also put up a picture from the birthday bash that reads, “Happy Birthday ❤️”.

Furthermore, Karan has also exclusively opened up about his bond with his aunty Dimple and shared, “After all this time too, it’s really hard to put into words, the impact that she’s had on me and my life.”

Recalling how she has always been an inspiration to him, an emotional Karan also said “She’s not only played the role of both my parents but is also one of the best role models. She deserves all the happiness and success in the world and I hope this is her best birthday ever!”
