It is Taapsee Pannu’s birthday today and she began the celebrations with a grateful heart. The actress, who has been shooting for her next film ‘Blurr’, took to her handle to share a photo of herself taking in the morning sun.

“Last week has been tough, tricky, testing but with this sunrise and this new year, I shall again gather the strength to look forward to what life has in store for me,” She captioned the post.

Taapsee also got poetic as she went on to add, “coz….utho to aise utho, phakr ho bulandee ko, jhuko to aise jhuko bandagee bhee naaj kare.”

The star also let fans in on her birthday celebrations that included appreciating the little things in life and admiring the flowers that were ‘gifted’ to her. The actress also shared the creative and organic decor set up for her as she cut into her birthday cake. Pannu also decided to mark her birthday by committing to a healthy routine. Sharing a photo of her workout gear, she said, “Let’s start the year with some commitment.”

Co-star Gulshan Devaiah was among the first to wish the star with a video and a caption that read, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TAAPS!! BE CANDID, BE BINDAAS & BE CURLY.”

Meanwhile, filmmaker Ajay Bahl made headlines on Saturday when he decided to opt-out of Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Freddie’ due to a clash of dates with Taapsee’s film ‘Blurr’. Bahl when contacted said, “The makers of the film wanted to start shooting next month and Kartik’s dates and my unavailability during those dates was the reason things didn’t materialize. I am shooting ‘Blurr’ with Taapsee till early September, it was mutually decided between me and Jay Shewakramani, the producer and also a friend, that he should go ahead with the project. I wish good luck and happy times to the team.”
