Chris addressed his health concerns on Steph’s Packed Lunch, as he talked about his diagnosis.
After growing fears, he underwent a scan, which concluded there was “no loss of brain mass and very few lesions”.
He later took a blood test which determined the cause.
Chris explained: “What I’m suffering with is a swollen tongue, which causes you to slur your words.
“It slows down, not your thoughts, your thoughts are there but transferring those thoughts to the mouth, to talk coherently.”
He added his other symptoms include feeling cold, weakness in muscles and fatigue.
The TV personality is currently taking medication for his condition and is pleased he is returning to his normal self.
Steph’s Packed Lunch airs weekdays from 12.30pm on Channel 4.
