Sanjay Dutt on Dilip Kumar’s demise: He was like a father figure in my life – Eagles Vine

Dilip Kumar passed away today. The late actor was laid to rest with full state honours at Juhu Qabrastan. His mortal remains were wrapped in Indian tricolour. He was then taken to the Juhu Qabrastan in Santacruz, Mumbai. Recently, Sanjay Dutt took to his social media handle to remember the late actor.

He shared a candid picture with the late star from an event. Sharing the photo, she wrote, ”So many special moments with Dilip Saab… he was like a father figure in my life. A huge loss for the film fraternity and for all of us, we have lost a legend today. My deepest condolences to Sairaji, may God give her strength in this tough time.🙏🏻”

As soon as he shared the post, celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani dropped a Folded Hands and heart emoticon.

Remembering the iconic actor, Riteish Deshmukh tweeted, “Every actor that faces the camera today will thank Dilip Sahab for the being their teacher. Truly an institution. Am completely heartbroken today, will miss his pat on my back, his smile with a twinkle in the eye and fond kisses on my forehead.”

Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Vidya Balan, Dharmendra, Anil Kapoor, CM Uddhav Thackeray and others paid a visit to grieving Saira Banu while paying condolences on the unfortunate loss of the star.
