Ram Charan on Chiranjeevi’s 43-years-long career in films – Eagles Vine

Ram Charan shared a throwback picture of his father, actor Chiranjeevi, as he completes 43 years in the film industry and steps into the 44
th year.

On September 22, 1978, Chiranjeevi was first seen on-screen in Praanam Khareedu and now years down the lane, he has become one of the top stars in Tollywood. Sharing pictures from his debut film and current film Acharya, Ram Charan wrote, “43 years and still counting! My Appa @KChiruTweets. (sic)”

What’s more, Chiranjeevi also shared the picture from his debut film, thanking fans for their love. He wrote, “22Aug నేను పుట్టినరోజైతే 22Sept నటుడిగా నేను పుట్టినరోజు.కళామతల్లి నన్ను అక్కున చేర్చుకున్న రోజు.మీ అందరికి నన్ను నటుడిగా పరిచయంచేసి మీ ఆశీస్సులు పొందినరోజు.నేను మరిచిపోలేనిరోజు. Feel humbled & grateful for the invaluable of lakhs of my bro’s & sisters this day made possible. (sic)” (I was born on August 22 and the actor in me was born on September 22. This was the day I was introduced as an actor and I can never forget it.)

Chiranjeevi has numerous projects lined up for release and in shoot. He will soon be seen in Koratala Siva’s Acharya with Kajal Aggarwal as his co-star and Ram Charan, Pooja Hegde in key roles. He also has Bholaa Shankar, Godfather and a film by Bobby lined up for shooting.
