At a recent press conference, Priyanka revealed that their marriage was a beautiful experience. She added that Nick and she shared all the expenses of the wedding equally. According to Priyanka, except for the engagement ring, which her husband paid for, everything else was a partnership in their marriage.
Elaborating further, the Desi Girl of Bollywood also went on to add that she recommends that to women and men, that instead of traditional rituals where bride and groom sides have defined tasks to perform, one should start planning your wedding together where you choose jewellery and clothes and everything that is a part of your wedding together. According to her, that is such a beautiful foundation for a wonderful marriage.
Priyanka and Nick honoured their respective cultures by getting married in both Hindu and Christian rituals. Pictures from their fairytale wedding still do rounds on social media and are an absolute sight for the sore eyes of their fans.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka was last seen in Shonali Bose’s ‘The Sky Is Pink’ co-starring Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in lead roles.
Next, she will be reuniting with Farhan in his next directorial, ‘Jee Le Zara’. The movie will also star Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles.
