Patsy Kensit explains how menopause

Recalling one moment in particular that followed, she spoke of how it hit her while she was out grocery shopping.

The star told OK! Magazine: “I once went to Waitrose when I did a food shop and I thought, ‘What the hell am I doing here?’

“I bought a cabbage and a pair of American tan tights – neither were eaten or worn. It was that nutty.”

Pasty went on to talk of her hopes that future generations will have a better understanding of menopause, as people start talking more openly on the topic.
