Mark Labbett defends fellow Chaser Jenny Ryan after she’s ‘made to look bad’ on show

Mark Labbett has taken to Twitter to share a passionate defence of his co-star Jenny Ryan. The Chaser had a tough time on today’s edition of the ITV quiz show as Mark took to social media to air his thoughts.

However, Mark has admitted it was down to “horrible questions” in view of his 147,000 Twitter followers.

On tonight’s edition of The Chase, Jenny managed to only score 11 in her final round.

Following its airing, Mark took to Twitter to defend his co-star.

He penned: “Any chaser can be made to look bad with a horrible set of questions 🙁 #thechase.”

However, Ant and Dec scooped the win for the 20th year in a row.

As well as this, The Chase was up for Best Daytime Show alongside Loose Women, The Repair Shop and This Morning.

The quiz show lost out to the latter at the awards show last week.

Mark then took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the awards.
