Joe Sugg issues Strictly warning to Dianne Buswell’s new partner ‘She’s like a machine’

Joe Sugg made it to the final of Strictly Come Dancing three years ago with his now girlfriend Dianne Buswell. And now, the YouTube star, who turned 30 earlier this month, has shared some advice with her new partner Robert Webb.

Joe informed the 48-year-old comedian that Diane is “like a machine”.

The former contestant, who currently hosts the official Strictly podcast, made his comments during the most recent episode, which is available on BBC Sounds.

He advised the Peep Show star to eat whenever he needs to as the Australian professional dancer, 32, rarely stops for lunch.

Talking to the newly paired couple in a joint interview, Joe offered up his advice.

“Now I’ve danced with Dianne before, back in 2018, so if I had to give you a piece of advice it would be, if you’re hungry, eat.

“Because she is like a machine. She will just go and go and go,” he told Robert.

Dianne went on to reveal that one of the actor’s first questions was food related.

“Your first proper question to me was, ‘What happens at lunchtime?'”

Following the news, Dianne took to social media to share some behind-the-scenes snaps now that her partner’s identity was no longer a secret.

“It’s only @arobertwebb soooo excited to bring fun entertainment and good dancing to your screens every Saturday night.

“Come on Webby !!!! @bbcstrictly,” she added, in view of her 845,000 followers.

The pair were later seen in a lip syncing video, acting out a scene from The Peep Show, much to the delight of fans.

“This is already a dream partnership. Manifesting you both lift that glitterball!! your 5th year and i’ll be giving you just as many votes if not more. You are so deserving of all the success,”(sic) said Instagram user hannahwatso.n.

“Dream team,” added courtneygroves25, sharing a similar thought.

“This will be a hilarious and entertaining couple for sure! Can’t wait to see you dance!” User gdogwinship1999 chipped in.

Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 7pm on BBC One.
