She explained: “The only red flag I would raise to everybody that is travelling is that the airlines are still really figuring out how everything works.
“And because every country has different requirements, and different tests, or different confirmations, or different forms to fill out, it can get really confusing, even for the airlines.
“So just make sure if you are travelling that you give yourself more than enough time in case something needs to be done while you’re at the airport.”
Speaking from experience, Janette said she was relieved that she gave herself plenty of time ahead of her flight out from London, as she also encountered some issues.
