James May: Top Gear host left ‘popping’ on eating mystery dish ‘Was it magic mushrooms?’

Meanwhile, The Grand Tour host recently released his own cookery book, Oh Cook! by James May, full of recipes for his fans to follow.

It accompanied his recent Amazon Prime series of the same name, which saw him demonstrate his culinary abilities.

Taking to Twitter, the presenter recently shared his latest dish which he cooked for the May household.

“Hmm. I’ve done a home-made curry – mushroom and leak foogath, Keralan chicken, pilau rice – and we’ve eaten that. The night is young. So; what next? #BumpsADaisy #EnoughToMakeYouWeep.”
