Holly Willoughby vows to ‘say how I’m feeling’ after ‘looking unhappy’ on ITV’s Lorraine

Holly Willoughby, 40, announced earlier this year that she is set to release a book that will reveal all her “thoughts and musings” on “inner and outer beauty”. Today, the This Morning presenter took to Instagram to share a video showing her recording the foreword of her audiobook.

In view of her 7.3 million followers, she said: “I’m writing this book, in a way, to get that voice heard, to finally speak and say how I’m feeling.

“I want you to know what it’s like back here sometimes, and I hope that helping myself by sharing my experiences will help you.”

The video was captioned: “Feeling reflective and hopeful… audio book sessions in full swing… thought you may enjoy a small preview #reflections … link to preorder in my bio.”

The mother-of-three was flooded with messages of support from fellow Instagram users.

It happened after Lorraine Kelly was wrapping up her self-titled programme, when she cut to the This Morning studio.

ITV viewers took to Twitter to share their concerns about Phillip Schofield’s co-presenter.

One viewer: “Holly darling, please be a bit happier.

“We know it’s a Monday but don’t need doom and gloom #ThisMorning #ThisMorningtv.”
