Father’s Day 2021! Urvashi Rautela: I hope I can find a man like my dad – Eagles Vine

Father’s Day is celebrated across the globe every year on the third Sunday of June. To mark the occasion, celebs, too, dig deep in their treasure trove of old pictures to put forth some lovely memories with their fathers. Since morning today, our social media feed has been flooded with lovely pictures of B-Town stars with their dads. Speaking exclusively to ETimes, actress Urvashi Rautela opened up about her father and the things she had learned from him.

The actress said, ”I love my dad. He is my everything. I still love his head oil
champis”. Speaking about what she learned from her dad, she shared, ”In the darkest days, when I feel inadequate, unloved and unworthy, I remember whose daughter I am and I straighten my crown. My father didn’t tell me how to live. He lived and let me watch him do it.”

On the work front, Urvashi will soon make her Tamil debut with a big-budget sci-fi film. If the reports are to be believed, she will be playing the role of a microbiologist and an IITian. She will also appear in a bilingual thriller ‘Black Rose’. She has been roped in for the Hindi remake of ‘Thirutu Payale 2’. She was recently making headlines for her song ‘Doob Gaye’ opposite Guru Randhawa. The song received a massive response from fans on social media. She is also starring in a web series ‘Inspector Avinash’, opposite Randeep Hooda. It is based on the true story of super cop Avinash Mishra and Poonam Mishra.

”I hope, I can find a man like my dad,” quipped Urvashi before signing off.
