Exclusive! Kriti Sanon excited about having 7 upcoming films as she completes 7 years in the industry; says, ‘As an actor, I crave to get diverse roles’ – Eagles Vine ►

Kriti Sanon has completed seven years in the industry today. She had made her debut with ‘Heropanti’ alongside Tiger Shroff and bowled the audience over with her performance right from her first film. And since then, there has been no looking back for the actress. In fact, she is now looking forward to the release of seven big-budget films.

In an exclusive interaction with ETimes, the actress expressed her excitement about her upcoming films. She also said that she was fortunate to get to do films of different genres in such a short period of time. “As an actor, I crave to get diverse roles to be able to explore sides and worlds that I haven’t done before. I’m fortunate to have gotten opportunities in such different genres,” she raved, adding, “It’s challenging but very satisfying and I hope I’m able to do justice to all. I am probably in the most exciting phase of my career so far.”

From working in films like ‘Luka Chuppi’ to ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ and ‘Panipat’, Kriti certainly has put forth an interesting body of work in recent years. She will soon be seen essaying the role of Sita in the mythology drama ‘Adipurush’ with Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan. She also has ‘Ganapath’ with Tiger. Then there is the horror-thriller ‘Bhediya’ with Varun Dhawan. Apart from these films, the actress also has ‘Mimi’ in which she will be seen playing the role of a surrogate mother. Her other exciting projects include ‘Bachchan Pandey’ with Akshay Kumar and the quirky comedy ‘Hum Do Hamaare Do’ alongside Rajkummar Rao. Kriti also has another unannounced film in her kitty.
