Shah Rukh Khan, who completed his education in Delhi, often talks about his school days. The actor excelled in both academics and sports. SRK even had a nickname during his schooling days and it was ‘Mail Gaadi’.

Yes, you read that right! In a throwback interview with Filmfare, Shah Rukh Khan had revealed, “Mail gadda, because I used to run very fast, like an express train. It was also because my hair used to stand out in front.”

Elaborating further, he added, “I’ve troubled many of my teachers. I once convinced my chemistry teacher to give me good marks by telling her I was like her son. I also used to feign an attack of epilepsy very often. I’d ‘faint’ in the classroom and the teachers had to take off their shoes for me to smell. Once, when we had a new teacher, I ‘fainted’ and the other kids convinced him that if he didn’t give me the suede shoes he was wearing, I’d die. He had to roam barefoot the rest of the day.”

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is all geared up to end his sabbatical with his upcoming film, ‘Pathan’. The Siddharth Anand directorial will also star Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles.

Shah Rukh will also be seen making some special appearances in films like, Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. He will also be playing a small role in R Madhavan’s directorial debut, ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’.
