A Place In The Sun presenter Danni Menzies ‘nervously’ reveals skin condition ‘It’s tough’

Danni Menzies told fans that she wanted to “own her flaws” in a candid social media post today and so spoke out about a skin condition she suffers from called melasma. The A Place In The Sun presenter shared an unfiltered make-up free selfie online, which she said captured the skin discolouration on her forehead.

Danni admitted that she was “quite nervous” about showing her face without any cosmetics.

The Channel 4 star said she normally covers up the pigmentation, as it made her feel “self conscious” when in front of the camera filming scenes for the property show.

Danni decided to take the plunge and post the snap to share some “realness”.

She needn’t have worried as fans thought the star was a natural beauty.

Many took to the comments section of her post to share their thoughts and advice.

“Still looking great Danni. I have the same Melasma thing going on and I didn’t know what it was called until you mentioned it. I’m not too worried about it yet as long as it goes away after summer,” one fellow sufferer replied.

“No need to worry, naturally beautiful,” another added.

“It looks like cute freckles to me,” a third remarked along with a heart-eyed emoji.
